Return & Exchange Policy

At HeavenlyPrime, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Images of the damaged or defective product

After verification, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund.

Important Note: If any customer denies or cancels the order at doorstep receiving, then the customer will have to pay RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
